Various provinces and territories of Canada, by agreement with theFederal government, have established their own immigrationprograms to nominate potential immigrants for Canadian permanentresidency status.

Once an Applicant has been nominated by a province/territory as a Provincial Nominee, the Applicant is assuredof prompt processing of his/her Application for Permanent Residence

There are several Provincial Nominee Program streams on offer. Given the complexity and variation among various stream, it isimportant for Applicant to evaluate each program and choose thone that suits them.
